Asbestos Analyst Jobs

During the last 6 months we have seen an upsurge in the market for Asbestos Analysts.

Our clients are requiring applicants to have the p403 and p404 qualification. Salaries have increased, particularly in the South East of England, where there is high demand, where some clients are paying between 26-28k, for applicants with 2-5 years experience.

Most of our clients generally pay between, 18-25k. Many of the consultants are either failing one of the p403, p404 exams, and this preventing them from gaining further opportunities, as well as increased salaries.

There are many contracts out there at the moment particularly in the South East, where clients are paying up to 28k for Analysts. There is also a strong tendency for candidates to be flexible and work where ever the contracts maybe in the Uk, as well as working nights. Some candidates find the Analytical Side is not what would like to do, and are looking to retain in other areas. The best advice is to have the all round skills, experience and qualifications, in order to be flexible to move into which ever part of the employers need are most high. There is a strong emphasis on quality of candidates, and candidates are recommended to learn as much in the technical, legislative side of the role, as this can also reflect in what employers are likely to pay in salary.
